Welcome to Licensing Horizons.

Licensing Horizons was born in Dubai in 2023 out of a shared vision to create a dedicated platform that connects the global licensing industry with the fast-growing opportunities across the Middle East.

Since its inception, we have successfully hosted three Dubai editions, each expanding in scale, participation, and impact — proving the region’s strong appetite for collaboration, innovation, and brand growth.

Building on this success, we are now proud to launch the first Riyadh Edition, marking the beginning of an annual series dedicated to the Saudi market — the largest and fastest-growing economy in the Middle East. This new chapter will focus on aligning licensing and brand partnerships with Saudi Vision 2030, exploring how global and regional brands can collaborate to drive creative and commercial diversification.

Our long-term vision is clear:

• Dubai will continue to serve as the regional hub, connecting leaders and innovators from across the Middle East and Africa to discuss cross-market opportunities.

• Riyadh will become the annual focal point for Saudi Arabia’s licensing ecosystem — a platform for business expansion, cultural exchange, and investment in the Kingdom’s creative industries.
